By adding another toll booth, the vehicle traffic will be more fluid, announced Victor Castro, our Southern Baja state governor. Although the toll road is the jurisdiction of the federal government through the Federal Roads and Bridges (Capufe) agency, Castro chastised them for their lack of attention, saying “the toll road is a moneymaker, Capufe should invest some money; some of the bathrooms don’t even work.”
