Iconic Downtown Cabo Hotel Closes for Good

One of the first four hotels in Cabo San Lucas, owned and operated by the Yee family for some 45 years, is shutting down its doors permanently as of August first. This is maybe the first big loss to Covid-19, as their occupancy dropped dramatically for the past 18 months and hasn’t recovered. It’s a small, quaint, Mexican decorated lodging establishment that many will sorely miss. Hopefully an entrepreneur will buy it and bring it back to life.
