Finally, the National Treasury approved funding the expansion of the current desal plant in Cabo San Lucas and the construction of a second one. This will give us an additional 173 gallons per second for Cabo and San Jose. Hoooray! We now have to wait for the groundbreaking and two years to have them pumping the precious liquid.
