More People Visiting Our Rural Communities

The Southern Baja tourism ministry is planning more promotion for the unique and quaint rural communities in our state, like San Antonio, El Triunfo, Mulege, Santiago, Miraflores, Santa Rosalia and more. Some of these towns are near the ocean, some others in the mountains and most visitors are residents of our state. Some of them like La Ventana, El Sargento and Todos Santos have many Gringo residents, too. These are beautiful, friendly communities. Get in your car and go visit them!

The Gringo Gazette is Baja California’s English-language newspaper for expats, travelers, and locals who love the peninsula as much as we do. We cover life, culture, food, wine, and all the good news south of the border—because our motto is simple: No Bad News.
