Awarded Chef Opens New Restaurant in Los Cabos

The new and exclusive Mozza restaurant at Costa Palmas Marina Village near the Four Seasons resort in La Ribera, East Cape,  is led by Nancy Silverton, an American chef, baker, author and recipient of the 2014 James Beard Foundation award. Silverton is known for Los Angeles eateries such as Michelin-starred Osteria Mozza, Pizzeria Mozza and chi SPACCA. The Los Angeles Times gave the original L.A. Osteria Mozza a four-star review, and the New York Times called it a “serious and impressive restaurant.” Mozza at Costa Palmas, in the East Cape,  is her first restaurant in Mexico and is open only to Costa Palmas homeowners. Bummer.
