Faro de Oriente Children’s Sundays. The Children's Sundays program of the Factory of Arts and Crafts East Lighthouse of Mexico City, has become a tradition among the user community, but this time it comes with the remote modality, all activities will broadcast through their official Facebook account. Some of the activities that make up the Children's Sundays program include recreational and community activities, cinema screening for children, puppet theater, clown skits and readings of The Little Prince, a short novel by the French writer Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, among other content. Cabanas Cultural Institute Virtual Tour. The Cabañas Cultural Institute declared Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO in 1997 has 23 patios, 106 rooms, 78 corridors and two chapels, and mainly houses 57 frescoes by the Jalisco muralist José Clemente Orozco. During its history it has presented exhibitions by distinguished artists such as Diego Rivera , David Alfaro Siqueiros, María Izquierdo, José Luis Cuevas, George Baselitz, Marcel Duchamp, Joseph Beuys and Yoko Ono, to name a few. Guadalajara’s University Museum of Arts (MUSA) Virtual Tour. The virtual tour of The MUSA Consisting of more than 1,435 m2, it has 14 temporary exhibition rooms, a multipurpose room and two workshop rooms. Its collection consists of 155 pieces, consisting of works of different techniques and formats that were made, at the end of the 20th century and the beginning of the current one, by national and foreign creators, some of them born in Jalisco or living in the state, among which two murals by José Clemente Orozco stand out. Designer of Dreams Documentary and Ballet Workshop by Christian Dior. Dance and especially ballet have always been a source of inspiration for the French brand created by Christian Dior. In addition, during this health crisis, COVID-19 has tried to contribute a bit of entertainment for people in their homes, as it did a few weeks ago by releasing the documentary for the exhibition Christian Dior for free: Designer of Dreams. Dior teamed up with ballet dancers from the Paris Opera and the Stuttgart Ballet in Germany to teach ballet classes online for free! Salvatore Ferragamo Museum has several exhibitions available to users of the Google website, but one of our favorites is "Marilyn Monroe and the power of her 4-inch stiletto heels." The Palace of Versailles. The Palace of Versailles the former home of French royalty, located 20 kilometers from the center of Paris. It is one of the most famous historical places in the world, now we can get to know it in pajamas thanks to an initiative by Google Arts & Culture, which brings us closer to the corners of this place in: "Versailles: the palace is yours": it is a virtual tour by Versailles. Museum of Modern Art (MoMA). During this season The MoMa offers various free programs on learning, understanding and enjoying art on its website. Giverny Virtual Tour. A unique virtual tour that transports you to Giverny, home of one of the world's leading painters, Claude Monet, to see the gardens that inspired his great work. The Battles On The Desert- Radio Soap Opera. The Battles On The Desert- Radio Soap Opera showed by Radio Educacion as a tribute to the author through “the Contigo en la Distancia” (with you at distance) Mexican government online program. The Battles on the Desert by Jose Emilio Pacheco was published in June 1980 in the supplement "Saturday," of the national newspaper Unomásuno. The text was an immediate success, as it generated a strong sense of identity by portraying the youth of Mexico City in the early 1950s, who lived under the promise of modernization in a context of inherent corruption. José Emilio Pacheco is one of the fundamental figures of Mexican literature and culture. He stood out as a poet, novelist, short story writer, essayist, translator and cultural chronicler. The Scala of Milan. To celebrate the theater's past and present, 92 musicians and singers from five countries have come together to create the first La Scala opera presented during the quarantine. Enjoy Verdi's “Simon Boccanegra,” which appropriately portrays a story about the people's resilience. Palace of Fine Arts and the National Museum of Architecture 360° Virtual Tour. The Palace of Fine Arts of Mexico City offers a 360º virtual tour for you to discover each of its corners. The Paris’ Catacombs Virtual Reality Tour. The Catacombs of Paris are among the darkest and most chilling tourist attractions in the entire world. Created in the 18th century, taking advantage of the Parisian subsoil in the face of overcrowding in cemeteries, this place has been the inspiration for multiple horror stories and has had a great impact on the film industry. Due to their history and appearance, they were taken as the location of various horror films, including Catacombs (2007) and As Above, So Below (2014). Baja California Sur.  The Channel 22 carried out a program called "Ruta México", dedicated to Baja California Sur. In this little documentary we can learn about the biodiversity and culture in this state, as well as its UNESCO World Heritage sites. The documentary lasts around 26 min. and it is freely available on Youtube. Spanish. 

The Mining Symphony Orchestra presents Carmina Burana in concert, one of the most important musical works of the 20th century, composed by Carl Orff. The program is led by the scenic cantata Carmina Burana, made up of 25 themes and based on medieval poems. We are sure that as soon as you hear the first chords you will be impressed with the work of Carl Orff, the choirs and their euphoric moments. You can't miss this great concert! The Contigo en la Distancia (With you at the distance) platform, from the Ministry of Culture, prepared the section "Until Always Manuel Felguérez," in which part of the work of the artist of the Rupture is shown, and allows the public to know more about his work. Manuel Felguérez was born in Valparaíso, Zacatecas, in 1928 and passed away on June 8th. In recognition of his career and artistic contribution, the Manuel Felguérez Museum of Abstract Art was founded in 1998, whose heritage is evidence of the way in which he imposed his artistic vision. Video Tour of The Orava Castle, the place where the epic silent film Nosferatu was filmed about the vampire who tormented the inhabitants of a small town and who marked the history of cinema for representing the aesthetics of German expressionism. It is considered the most beautiful castle in Slovakia. It was built in the thirteenth century after the Mongol invasion of Hungary. Its original Gothic-style design was rebuilt with a neo-Gothic structure. He points out that it seems to have come out of horror literature: it stands on an imposing rock on the Orava river, the Oravsky Hrad; through an imposing wooded landscape. English.

Salvador Dali. In order to present an analysis of Salvador Dalí's work, the Gala-Dalí Foundation created an ambitious project that has been in development for just over 17 years. The project makes the complete gallery available to everyone with all of his works created between the years 1910 and 1983, which you can access for free from your smartphone, tablet or computer. This site is periodically modified with data provided by specialists in the artist's work and the surrealist movement in general, so that every time you visit the gallery you will find new material and information available in Spanish, English, Catalan and French.

The Cine Club Los Cabos will be presenting more events dedicated to cinema, and will be available to all audiences, under strict hygiene measures: Autocinema del Mar. The Ministry of Culture makes a digital tribute through the Contigo En la Distancia platform to remember the writer, professor and journalist, who with his skillful pen made portraits and descriptions of Mexican society, essential for literature Mexican and Latin-American culture. Alondra de la Parra, the first Mexican woman to conduct more than 100 orchestras in 25 countries, conductor and Official Cultural Ambassador of Mexico, will be for the first time directing the Frankfurt HR Symphony Orchestra, one of the most important in Germany. Alondra de la Parra regularly works with important ensembles such as the Paris Orchestra, London Philharmonic Orchestra, Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin, Orchestra dell'Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia, the Swedish Radio Symphony and Tonhalle-Orchester Zürich. The Frankfurt HR Symphony Orchestra, founded in 1929, is renowned for its wind instruments, strings, and dynamics. Every day at all hours. Teatro UNAM invites you to watch three episodes of the documentary Wicha la Mala. Learn her story about a ranchera music singer who challenged gender roles. Wicha Pancha was a trans performer who began her career in the 70s interpreting and composing ranchera music. Who was Wicha Pancha or Wicha la mala? Why has his name been erased from the history of Mexican ranchera music? She was an interpreter of ranchera music who challenged the prevailing gender models in mariachi, at a time when in Mexico there was not even the slightest openness to issues of sexual identity.
