Cujo is a frightening, but uneven horror tale of a rabid St. Bernard dog who terrorizes a woman and her son who are trapped in a stalled car forced to stay in there for several days as the dog prowls around outside the car and they try to find a way to escape. August 17. Saturday. 8 p.m. Beach Night Movie by Los Cabos Movie Club presents Nikté. (2009). Animation, kids, family. The story from a little girl set in the ancient Mesoamerican Olmec culture who is not content with what her average family has to offer. She literally stumbles upon some information about a prophecy. After a comet appears in the sky, Nikte makes her entrance as the "Celestial Princess" of the prophecy. Royal privileges come with a price. Two priests inform Nikte that as the "Celestial Princess" she has to retrieve something hidden somewhere in order to save the town from a looming pestilence. Nikte is helped on her perilous journey by a turkey and Chin. Chin may be someone who is called a Chanekeh. Spanish without subtitles. Biligan’s  at Medano beach. Free.

August 21. Wednesday. 6 p.m. Gerald’s Game (2017). Drama, horror, mystery, suspense. While trying to spice up their marriage in their remote lake house, Jessie must fight to survive when her husband dies unexpectedly, leaving her handcuffed to their bed frame. September 4. Wednesday. 8 p.m. ¡A vivir! Play written, directed and acted by Odin Dupeyron where she invites to rediscover the value of life at any age and reflect about it’s not too late to start again. Tickets $550-$750. November 18 to 24. Different hours. International Urban Scenic Arts Pa’h La Calle Los Cabos, 6º Edition. Theater, dance, pantomime, music, movies, puppeteers and storytellers. From Cuba, Colombia, Brazil and Mexico. They will appear suddenly as every year in different places.
