Bajo La Luna Restaurant Has Wonderful Events

Bajo La Luna Restaurant, located directly across the street from Cabo Wabo in downtown Cabo San Lucas, is a beautiful, picturesque spot to dine any evening.

At this restaurant, you will have the opportunity to dine outside below the stars in a magnificent private garden filled with trees, flowers and listen to enchanting music. Many evenings they have their featured artists, the duet CaboStrings. CaboStrings plays on a small intimate stage that is lit with beautiful fountain-like flowing lights. This male and female duet play the cello and violin superbly. Their music provides wonderful relaxing dinner music, therefore, you may converse with your party while they play amazing sounds in the background.

The establishment is owned by Sissy Plemons and Miguel Luna, and Luis Luna is the restaurant manager. They do a first-class effort at creating a memorable experience and the service staff is very attentive to every detail.

Bajo La Luna Restaurant recently hosted an event on our last full moon in November called the Cena Bajo La Luna Llena Full Moon Wine Five-Course Wine Pairing Dinner. Five courses were paired with wonderful wines from Mexico and France. Imagine, a place that turns the night into a large dining room where everyone savors their dinner in the light of a full moon. Upcoming events include a Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner Under The Moon and the Celebration of their Fourth Anniversary in business.

The Traditional Thanksgiving Dinner Under The Moon on Thanksgiving Day is a friends and family event. The menu includes corn bisque, slow-roasted sage butter turkey stuffing with sausage and turkey jus, candied yams, mashed potatoes & turkey gravy, cranberry chutney, corn on the cobb, homemade pumpkin pie and other chefs sweet specialties.

The Thanksgiving dinner is priced very reasonably, approximately $32 USD or 620 pesos per person. Reservations are required for the Thanksgiving feast.

Plemons, Luna, and Luis Luna are delighted they are celebrating their fourth anniversary on December 11, and to celebrate the occasion they are having a Full-Moon Anniversary Dinner. This event will celebrate their efforts in creating such an enchanting atmosphere. But what is paramount to them is to take this opportunity to thank friends, welcome new friends, and of course, tourists and locals.

They want to express their gratitude to all. If you make a reservation, they are offering a one-hour complimentary Cocktail Party Opener at 6 p.m. You will enjoy complimentary appetizers and cocktails along with live dinner music and a special dessert for guests with reservations.

If you wish to partake in an elegant experience, join in, but remember, you are in Cabo so casual dress is very appropriate. Events are reasonably priced at approximately $50 USD per person. Their full regular menu is also available daily and most of their regular menu is available for your preference at events.

A couple of options on their regular menu include The Bajo Luna Special for two, which consists of Lobster tails, garlic shrimp, fish seared in garlic butter and fried calamari with rice pilaf and sauteed vegetables priced at approximately $35 USD.

Other unique specials on their signature menu include Shrimp al Ajillo and Carne Asada, Shrimp Dynamite and Lamb Chops, Shrimp Baja La Luna and Filet Mignon. A very popular choice on their signature menu is the Lobster and Filet Mignon.
