The first of many to come
On Saturday, May 24th and Sunday, May 25th, Loreto International Airport will host the first edition of Aerofest Baja 2025, an event that will bring together the best of aviation from across the country.
This will be the first edition of the festival, which seeks to position itself as one of Baja California Sur’s main tourist and cultural attractions.
In addition to a wide range of gastronomic offerings, the event includes an extensive program of “extreme” activities, such as professional air displays with the participation of the SEMAR (Secretariat of the Navy) and the Airport Group, as well as hot air balloon flights, skydiving, executive jets, and displays of classic and modern aircraft, guaranteeing a spectacle of high technical and visual excellence.
SETUE (The Baja California Sur Agency of Tourism and Economy)announced the program of activities through its social media channels. They will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday at the Navy and FBO (Fixed-Base Operator) platform, presided over by authorities from all three levels of government.
Admission will cost 200 pesos ($10) for adults and 100 pesos ($5) for children under 8. A VIP area with exclusive benefits will also be offered, priced at 1,250 pesos ($65).
With this event, Loreto is positioning itself as an innovative destination that combines tourism, culture, and adrenaline, attracting both locals and national and international visitors.
