Tropical Storm Alvin to Bring Rain to Cabo

Located at 420 miles south-southeast of Cabo San Lucas with sustained winds of 50 mi/hr and gusts of 69 mi/hr. this Friday morning, Alvin is expected to drop some rain over Los Cabos area this Saturday and Sunday. The port captain has already closed the Cabo San Lucas port to navigation of small vessels due to waves. Not much to worry about if you don’t live near an arroyo but be prepared for streets full of sand and mud as usual.
