The high-end hotel industry in Los Cabos continues to be a significant attraction for travelers.
Investors have consistently regarded this destination as one of the top choices for their projects, as indicated by an anticipated investment of $45 million USD over the next three years.
After participating in the 2025 Tourism Fair, FITURCA (the Los Cabos Tourism Trust) announced that this funding will be dedicated to luxury and super-luxury hotels, leading to the addition of 900 new rooms and further enriching the destination’s offerings.
Lilzi Orcí, president of the Los Cabos Hotel Association, states that the expansion of the luxury offering symbolizes the result of investor confidence and the destination’s global image, without overlooking everything the destination has to offer.
“We continue to consolidate the luxury segment, but I always like to emphasize that one of Los Cabos’ successes is a balance in the various tourism segments we offer, from timeshares, all-inclusive, and the European plan, which of course includes these luxury hotels. We are a destination with a lot to offer, and this is how we continue to promote Los Cabos,” she added.
Some of the prestigious hotel brands that are about to happen are Raffles Hotels & Resorts, Soho House & Beach Club, Park Hyatt Los Cabos, Rosewood Residences Old Lighthouse, Amanvari, St. Regis Los Cabos at Quivira, St. Regis Residences, and SIRO.
