The Secretariat of the Navy, through the Mexican Navy, reports that yesterday, personnel from the Cabo San Lucas Naval Sector, as part of Operation “Salvavidas Spring Break 2025,” provided medical care and bandages to a tourist near El Médano Beach.
This action was carried out during security and surveillance patrols conducted by members of the navy upon noticing that a person required assistance after suffering a head injury after falling from a panga-type boat. With the goal of safeguarding human life, they provided first aid and then transported the person by ambulance to the nearest local hospital for specialized medical care.
The active program “Lifeguard Spring Break 2025” aims to provide security and surveillance to safeguard the safety of vacationers visiting the main tourist destinations and beaches in the state of Baja California Sur.
