Not anytime soon, but a project to revive passenger trains throughout Mexico has been presented to Congress by the Tourism Secretariat. It is an ambitious – and expensive – plan that would take years to complete. Passenger trains in Mexico are very rare nowadays, but it would be fun to have them and travel around, wouldn’t it?
