Property Taxes on the Up and Up

The Los Cabos city council approved a 5 percent increase to property taxes, based on the fact that Mexico ended up last year with a 7.5 percent inflation. The La Paz government also approved an increment, this time by 7.36 percent. Remember, if you pay your property taxes this month, you will get a 20 percent discount, so hurry!
