While on its way to Cabo, the Carnival Cruise Line notified its passengers of a technical issue that would delay their trip. The problem is related to its maximum cruising speed and cannot be fixed while cruising. It arrived and left Cabo one hour earlier and will be delayed in getting back to Long Beach tomorrow.
