Hurricane Nora Approaches Cabo

The most recent report (this morning) from the National Hurricane Center (NHC) informs us that Nora is now a Category 1 Hurricane located 810 kms Southeast of Cabo San Lucas. NHC, the European model and the GFS model now concur that if it doesn’t dissipate near Puerto Vallarta or Mazatlan, it will reach Los Cabos between 1:00 and 4:00 am Sunday, August 30, northeast of La Ribera, continuing towards La Paz, Loreto and then move across the Sea of Cortes to Guaymas, Sonora. Take your precautions!
