New Food Fest Announced. The 1st Vegan Good Fest will take place Saturday, October 19 at the Canopy Costa Azul in San Jose del Cabo, starting at 5:00 pm. Tourism Revenue Increases Again. Mexico’s tourism secretariat reports a 7 percent increase in tourism revenue for the first 7 months of this year, compared to 2023. A total of $20.3 billion USD was spent by tourists in those months, which also represents a 33.3 percent increase compared to 2020, the pandemic year. 25.8 million international tourists visited Mexico, a 5.3 percent increase compared to last year. We love our tourists! 

Mexican Low-Cost Airline to Flight from California to Cabo. For the first time ever, the Volaris airline will fly outside of Mexico, from San Francisco Bay Oakland International Airport to our San Jose del Cabo International Airport. Daily flights between OAK and Los Cabos (SJD) begin on March 20, 2025. Southbound flights will depart OAK at 12:30 PM and arrive at SJD at 3:38 PM. Northbound flights will depart SJD at 4:38 PM and arrive at OAK at 7:49 PM. The new flight will be operated by Volaris’ fleet of Airbus Neo aircraft. A New Flight From Germany is Coming! The Los Cabos Tourism Fund has announced that starting November 3, a new Condor airline twice a week direct flight from Zurich will be bringing tourists to our beautiful resort destination. A promotion was held in Frankfurt, Munich, Hamburg, Zurich and Switzerland to break the news in Europe. The flights will last until April but will return the following Autumn. Willkommen!!

The Whales Are Here! The crew aboard the All-Inclusive Private Yacht Blue Moon Cabo spotted a humpback whale in front of the Sheraton Resort while returning from Chileno Bay yesterday. It is an unusual sight this time of year, as they usually arrive in early December and stay until mid-April with their visit peaking from late December to late January.
