The founder of the revered non-profit, Amigos de Los Animales de Todos Santos, witnessed a fire disaster sparked by a generator malfunction. This blaze engulfed her clinic's staging area, a critical space for medical supplies and storage, though thankfully spared the animals.
The fire's fury left little unscathed, devouring medical devices, essential medications, nourishing pet food, secure crates, precious oxygen supplies, surgical tools, two vehicles, and much more. This incident has significantly hampered their ability to provide care and rescue services.
