On Friday, February 24, Mexicans celebrate Flag’s Day. To honor the occasion, the Los Cabos government is inviting everyone born from 1969 to 2004 to an uphill pedestrian race at Buenavista on the East Cape. The race will start at 7:30 am and will end up at the top of the Flag’s hill, that tall flagpole in the curve before reaching Buenavista, if you are coming from San Jose del Cabo.
