Friday’s Artsy Fartsy Event Suspended

The “Viva la Plaza” cultural and gastronomical event that has been taking place every Friday at the Amelia Wilkes plaza in downtown Cabo has been suspended. The reason: an increase in Covid-19 cases caused by the electoral campaigns that took place at the end of May. The state’s health department just announced that the number of infections is now decreasing but some restrictions will remain in place until the end of the month. Supermarkets and stores allow only one person per family for now, and no minors are let in. In the meantime, vaccination continues throughout the state. Stay healthy, wear your mask.
