The 20+ year old abandoned building in the Cabo San Lucas marina is coming alive, slowly but surely. Acquired by the Questro Group, which developed the ME by Melia, Dreams, Casa Dorada, Hilton resorts and the Puerto Los Cabos Marina and other developments in San Jose, is now working on re-constructing The Place at Cabo. After clearing the land, which was full of abandoned kitties – most of them were rescued – construction debris and trash, it is now beginning to prepare the land for the hotel and amenities.
