How is Cabo Doing Now?

Well, we’ve been reporting on cruise ships arrivals, new flights, luxury travel on the up and up, but not on hotel occupancy. Los Cabos ended with an average of 70 percent of its rooms occupied last year. This January, the hotel association reports 65% at the end of the month, very high compared to 32% last year, but still below 2019 numbers, where we had 72% occupancy. Not bad, we’re not complaining.
