The 2022 Mexico’s Gastronomy Guide sponsored by Larousse Cuisine, Pellegrino and Nespresso just released this year’s guide of the 250 Best Restaurants in Mexico. Featured are: Comal at Chileno Bay and Carbón Cabrón in Cabo San Lucas, Jazamango in Todos Santos, Nemi and Tatanka in La Paz, and Flora Farms in San Jose del Cabo. I still have to go try Carbón Cabrón, all the others are great! You are welcome to Google them.
