A few weeks ago, we mentioned that the Michelin Food Critics would be in Baja, given the enormous recognition that our cuisine has been receiving in many international magazines and food sites. Well, their choices have been published, and we have some great news! Los Cabos’ Cocina de Autor (Author’s Kitchen) restaurant inside the Grand Velas resort was awarded with One Star.
In Baja Norte, our good friend Drew Deckman and his Conchas de Piedra restaurant in Guadalupe Valley, Ensenada, also received a Michelin star. We definitely miss his Deckman’s restaurant in San Jose. Several other restaurants in the region were recognized by the Michelin Guide, showcasing the incredible culinary talent we have here.
This recognition puts Baja on the international culinary map, attracting food lovers from all over the world. Congratulations to all the talented chefs and their teams! Keep making us proud with your delicious creations.
