Thousands at Risk During Hurricane Season

Although the effects of the “La Niña” phenomenon are keeping our ocean water chilly, we may get hit by two or three hurricanes this year, say the experts. In our Southern Baja state, around 55,000 squatters live near dry arroyo beds, which is dangerous. Thousands will have to be evacuated if a hurricane approaches.
