November 10. Tuesday. 8 p.m. Classic Cinema presents: Fight Club; is a 1999 American film directed by David Fincher and starring Brad Pitt, Edward Norton, and Helena Bonham Carter. It is based on the 1996 novel of the same name by Chuck Palahniuk. Norton plays the unnamed narrator, who is discontented with his white-collar job. He forms a “fight club” with soap salesman Tyler Durden (Pitt), and becomes embroiled in a relationship with him and a destitute woman, Marla Singer (Bonham Carter). It stars Jennifer Grey as Frances “Baby” Houseman, a young woman who falls in love with dance instructor Johnny Castle (Patrick Swayze) at a holiday resort. November 13. Friday. From 7 p.m. Children’s Movie Nights as part of Cine Club Los Cabos presents: Mulan; a 2020 American action drama film produced by Walt Disney Pictures. It is a live-action adaptation of Disney’s 1998 animated film of the same name, based on the Chinese folklore “The Ballad of Mulan”. The film stars Yifei Liu in the title role, alongside Donnie Yen, Tzi Ma, Jason Scott Lee, Yoson An, Ron Yuan, Gong Li, and Jet Li in supporting roles. El Merkado Cabo is located on the H+ Hospital area in San José del Cabo, next to Cerro Colorado. November 15. Sunday. 6 p.m. Children’s Movie Nights as part of Cine Club Los Cabos presents: The Iron Giant; is a 1999 American animated science fiction action film produced by Warner Bros. Feature Animation and directed by Brad Bird in his directorial debut. It is based on the 1968 novel The Iron Man by Ted Hughes. During the Cold War, shortly after the Soviet Union launched Sputnik 1 in October 1957, an object from space crashes in the ocean just off the coast of Maine and then enters the forest near the town of Rockwell. The following night, nine-year-old Hogarth Hughes investigates and finds the object, a 50-foot tall alien robot attempting to eat the transmission lines of an electrical substation. Hogarth eventually befriends the Giant, finding him docile and curious. This event will take place with the necessary health measures and keeping social distance. November 17. Tuesday. 8 p.m. Classic Cinema presents: Pulp Fiction; is a 1994 American neo-noir black comedy crime film written and directed by Quentin Tarantino, who conceived it with Roger Avary. Starring John Travolta, Samuel L. Jackson, Bruce Willis, Tim Roth, Ving Rhames, and Uma Thurman, it tells several stories of criminal Los Angeles. The title refers to the pulp magazines and hardboiled crime novels popular during the mid-20th century, known for their graphic violence and punchy dialogue. Pulp Fiction’s narrative is told out of chronological order, and follows three main interrelated stories: Mob contract killer Vincent Vega is the protagonist of the first story, prizefighter Butch Coolidge is the protagonist of the second, and Vincent’s partner Jules Winnfield is the protagonist of the third. November 19. Thursday. 7 p.m. Classic Musical Cinema as part of Cine Club Los Cabos presents:  Saturday Night Fever; a 1977 American dance drama film directed by John Badham. It stars John Travolta as Tony Manero, a working-class young man who spends his weekends dancing and drinking at a local Brooklyn disco; Karen Lynn Gorney as Stephanie Mangano, his dance partner and eventual confidante; and Donna Pescow as Annette, Tony’s former dance partner and would-be girlfriend. While in the disco, Tony is the champion dancer. His circle of friends and weekend dancing help him to cope with the harsh realities of his life: a dead-end job, clashes with his unsupportive and squabbling parents, racial tensions in the local community, and his general restlessness. Friday. from 7 p.m. Children’s Movie Nights as part of Cine Club Los Cabos presents: Missing Link; In 1886, Sir Lionel Frost, a struggling investigator of mythical creatures, has continuously searched for different creatures to study and announce their presence in the world, which would allow him to be accepted into the “Society of Great Men,” which is led by Sir Lionel’s rival Lord Piggot-Dunceby. Lionel receives a letter acknowledging the presence of a Sasquatch, making a deal with Piggot-Dunceby that would allow him to join the society if he proved that the creature was real. November 21 to 29. From 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Pah’ La Calle Scenic Arts International Festival, 7th Edition. Live performances and film projections in public spaces and emblematic buildings in Cabo San Lucas, San Jose and Santiago. Puppeteers, Pantomime, Circus, Contemporary Dance, Music and installation with local, Mexican artists and artists from Cuba, Spain, Colombia, and more. This important festival will be shown on a hybrid way with performance at open air and transmitted at the same time by Facebook live from different places and countries following the sanitary government indications so if you are walking by do not surprise if you see some of this, enjoy it, clap your hands and keep the social distance. Produced by Illumination Entertainment for Universal Pictures, it was directed by Pierre Coffin and Kyle Balda. Minions are small, yellow creatures who have existed since the beginning of time, evolving from yellow single-celled organisms into beings which exist only to serve history’s most evil masters. Tuesday. 8 p.m. Classic Cinema presents: Django; is a 2012 American revisionist Western film written and directed by Quentin Tarantino, starring Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kerry Washington, and Samuel L. Jackson, in early 1858 Texas, brothers Ace and Dicky Speck drive a group of shackled black slaves on foot. Among them is Django, sold off and separated from his wife Broomhilda von Shaft, a house slave who speaks German and English. Throughout the film, McCormack is seen attempting to overturn the ban on dancing, which resulted from the efforts of a local minister (John Lithgow). King Agnarr of Arendelle tells a story to his young daughters, Elsa and Anna, that their grandfather, King Runeard, had established a treaty with a neighboring tribe of Northuldra by building a dam in their homeland, the Enchanted Forest. However, a fight occurs, resulting in Runeard’s death and enraging the elemental spirits of Earth, Fire, Water, and Air of the forest. It is directed by Chris Renaud, A pampered Jack Russell Terrier named Max lives with his owner Katie in a Manhattan apartment. While Katie is at work during the day, Max hangs out with other pets in the building: tabby cat Chloe, pug Mel, dachshund Buddy, and budgerigar Sweet Pea. One day, Katie adopts Duke, a large Newfoundland mix from the pound, leaving Max jealous because of her divided focus on Duke.
