  • This is so exciting! This has been an eye sore for way too long.

  • Thank you for this investment for the people who live there and those that support those that do.

  • I am a civil engineer from Puerto Rico who has plenty of friends in Cabo… if this developer or anybody else is interested in my services, just link up. I visited Cabo in 2014 and fell in love. Even after Odile…

  • I will believe it when I see it

  • so many rumors about this property…I hope it really happens. A shame to have such a prime piece of real estate not being occupied. It would make the downtown area much more inviting. Even tho we own our own condo, it would be fun to stay in it for a night or two. James Kreo

  • That’s great news, it’s been an eye sore for Cabo for ever

  • I find it hard to believe that this eye sore since late 90’s can actually be structurally sound with concrete that was basically unregulated or tested back then and deemed structurally sound.
Sounds like it’s going to be a band aid unless imploded and rebuilt. That being said again another info structure problem that Cabo is notorious for with lack of water and parking to come. Putting lipstick on a pig! Good luck !

  • It’s happening construction grading is almost complete lots of dirt being moved.
