The beloved community gathering Viva La Plaza is taking a well-deserved pause, but the celebration of art, culture, and gastronomy in Cabo San Lucas will return stronger than ever!

Starting this Sunday, Viva La Plaza at Plaza Amelia Wilkes will temporarily step away. However, the team is already preparing for a vibrant comeback on Saturday, October 11, 2026.

When it returns, visitors can once again enjoy everything that makes this free weekly event so special: live cultural performances, delicious local food, art exhibitions, and the warm community atmosphere that has made Plaza Amelia Wilkes a favorite gathering spot in Cabo San Lucas.

Viva La Plaza continues to be a beautiful collaboration between local cultural organizations, artists, and the community  offering a free, family-friendly space where art, tradition, and good food come together every week.
