The Instituto de la Cultura y las Artes de Baja California Sur presents the Muestra PECDA 2025, a vibrant and diverse cultural showcase that highlights the outstanding artistic talent supported by the state’s Program of Stimuli for Creation and Artistic Development (PECDA).

This important four-day event brings together creators from different disciplines to share their work with the public through a rich program of performances, exhibitions, and artistic presentations. From July 13 to 16, 2026, the city of La Paz will become a dynamic cultural hub where music, theater, visual arts, and multidisciplinary projects come together to celebrate creativity and local talent.

Highlights of the Program Include:

• Artistic Presentations at the Teatro de la Ciudad, featuring theater, scenic concerts, dance, and more, with beneficiaries such as Alejandro Esparza Pérez, Ana Renata García Rangel, Dante Emiliano Valadez Rojas, and Ernesto Zarzosa Madrid.
• Visual Arts Exhibition at the Galería de Arte Carlos Olachea Boucséguez, showcasing powerful works by artists including Edelmira Rodríguez Morales, Lizeth Guadalupe Mejía Morales, Javier Rodrigo Palacios Murillo, and others exploring themes of identity, territory, memory, and social issues.
