Discover the power of movement, creativity, and nonverbal communication in the Stage Body Expression Workshop, an engaging program designed for anyone interested in exploring artistic expression through the body. Whether you have previous experience in the performing arts or are simply looking to develop confidence, creativity, and self-expression, this workshop offers a welcoming and supportive environment for participants of all levels.

Running from July 13 to August 26, the workshop takes place every Monday and Wednesday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM and is led by Gamaliel Burgos. Throughout the program, participants will explore techniques that encourage body awareness, emotional expression, improvisation, movement, and stage presence. The sessions are designed to help students discover new ways of communicating without words while building confidence, coordination, and creativity through guided exercises and interactive activities.

With a participation fee of $29 dollars, this workshop provides an accessible opportunity to connect with others who share an interest in the performing arts and personal development. Participants will learn how movement can become a powerful form of storytelling, allowing them to express emotions, ideas, and experiences in a creative and authentic way.
