The H. XV Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos, through the Dirección General de Desarrollo Social and the Dirección Municipal de Educación, invites students from public and private schools across the municipality to participate in the creative contest México en 15 Segundos: “Vive la Independencia”.

This initiative aims to foster knowledge of Mexican history, strengthen national identity, and stimulate the creativity of young students by challenging them to tell a story about the Independence of Mexico in just 15 seconds.

Participants must create an original Reel of maximum 15 seconds that creatively depicts a historical moment, character, event, or landscape related to the Independence of Mexico. The content may incorporate elements of the present day, as long as it remains respectful toward national history, its figures, and symbols.

This contest is a wonderful opportunity for students to explore Mexican history in a modern, creative, and engaging way while developing teamwork and digital storytelling skills.
