This engaging presentation offers a deep and affectionate journey through the rich and diverse popular culture of Baja California Sur. From the traditional ranch life (rancho) in the mountains and deserts with its vaquero traditions, corridos, leatherwork, and oral storytelling to the vibrant coastal and fishing culture (panga) of the Sea of Cortez, with its seafood traditions, maritime folklore, boat-building knowledge, and unique coastal identity.
