Baila la Plaza, a vibrant public dance program organized by the Institute of Culture and Arts of Los Cabos. Taking place throughout the month of May in different public plazas across Los Cabos, this free community event invites people of all ages and skill levels to come together and celebrate dance in an open, welcoming atmosphere.

With the slogan “The plaza belongs to those who dance,” Baila la Plaza encourages everyone to participate freely, whether you are an experienced dancer or simply someone who wants to enjoy music and have fun with friends and family. Attendees are invited to come as they are and dance however they like, creating a relaxed and inclusive environment where culture, joy, and social connection take center stage.

The program will feature several evening gatherings at different locations, including Santiago, La Ribera, San José del Cabo, and Cabo San Lucas. Each event begins at 6:00 PM and transforms public spaces into lively dance floors filled with music, entertainment, and community spirit. These gatherings are designed to promote cultural activities, encourage healthy recreation, and strengthen social bonds through artistic expression and dance.
