“Vida y Obra” Life and Legacy Commemoration

The Government of Baja California Sur, through the Instituto de la Cultura y las Artes de Los Cabos, the Instituto Sudcaliforniano de Cultura, and the Archivo Histórico del Estado “Pablo L. Martínez”, together with local authorities, invite the community to a solemn and inspiring commemoration of the 72nd Anniversary of the passing of General Francisco J. Múgica.

This event honors the extraordinary legacy of one of the most important revolutionary figures in Mexican history  a man known for his unwavering commitment to social justice, land reform, education, and the rights of the people. General Múgica’s passage through Baja California Sur left an indelible mark on the region’s social and political development.

The commemoration combines historical reflection, visual storytelling, and intellectual dialogue in the very place where his influence was strongly felt.
