Show your talent and celebrate one of Mexico’s most beloved musical traditions! The H. XV Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos, through the Instituto de la Cultura y las Artes de Los Cabos, in coordination with the Delegación Municipal de Miraflores and the Casa de la Cultura “Profra. Francisca Monroy Vda. de Collins”, invites local residents to participate in the Concurso de Talentos Locales  Interpretación de Canción Ranchera.

The contest will take place on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 7:00 PM, as part of the Noche Mexicana festivities, right in front of the Edificio Delegacional de Miraflores.

This competition is open to all residents of Miraflores and nearby communities who are 14 years of age or older and wish to interpret a traditional ranchera song. Participants may perform with a musical track, mariachi, musical group, or acoustic accompaniment, following the technical guidelines established by the organizing committee.

Registration is open at the Casa de la Cultura from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or by phone at (624) 247-5313. A maximum of 10 participants will be accepted, and registration closes on Thursday, September 10.
