Letters Traveling Through Time

Celebrate the timeless art of letter writing in a special hands-on activity at MUVAÇA (Museo del Vaquero de las Californias) in El Triunfo.
On Saturday and Sunday, September 5 and 6, 2026, the museum invites visitors to take part in “Letters Traveling Through Time”, a creative workshop organized in honor of World Letter Writing Day. Participants will step back in time and experience the beauty of traditional correspondence by creating their own old-fashioned letter.
Using aged paper, a classic quill pen, and finishing with a wax-sealed envelope, guests will craft a personal message in a style that evokes the elegance and intimacy of handwritten communication from the past. This activity offers a unique opportunity to slow down, express yourself thoughtfully, and connect with a nearly forgotten tradition in a meaningful and enjoyable way.
Perfect for families, couples, history lovers, and anyone who appreciates the charm of handwritten notes, this workshop combines creativity, culture, and a touch of nostalgia in the historic setting of El Triunfo.
