The Instituto de la Cultura y las Artes de Los Cabos, in collaboration with the Casa de la Cultura “Profr. Nieves Trasviña de Ceseña” and the H. XV Ayuntamiento de Los Cabos, warmly invites the community to the official presentation of “Soy Mujer”, a powerful and moving poetic anthology created by the Colectivo Sudcalifornianas en la Literatura.

“Soy Mujer” gathers the voices of 33 women writers from across Baja California Sur  poets, storytellers, dreamers, mothers, daughters, grandmothers, and everyday heroines who use words to claim their space, heal wounds, celebrate identity, and honor the feminine experience in all its complexity and beauty.

The anthology weaves themes of empowerment, resilience, love, ancestral memory, nature, struggle, joy, and the unique sudcaliforniana perspective  shaped by desert landscapes, sea breezes, mission heritage, ranch life, and the vibrant multicultural spirit of the peninsula
