A new Hilton Resort is coming to Los Cabos, only this time it will be a Conrad Los Cabos, one of Hilton’s 18 Brands, featuring 111 rooms of at least 500 square feet per room with 200 square feet of outdoor space and private plunge pools.
In addition, the resort will feature 21 suites and 43 residences (from two to four bedrooms).
The Conrad by Hilton will be located within the Oleada development north of Cabo San Lucas on the road to Todos Santos, only 25 minutes from downtown. As we told you in August last year (pay attention!), The Oleada Pacific Living and Golf will also be the site of an 18-hole golf course designed by World Golf Hall of Famer Ernie Els. The Conrad Los Cabos is scheduled to open in 2027.
Here is what the website hoteltechreport.com says about the Conrad brand: “Conrad Hotels is named for Hilton founder Conrad Hilton. This luxury brand is on five continents with 39 properties, including resorts. The brand attracts wealthier boomers and luxury-forward, design-minded travelers with its contemporary design, curated art, and desirable locations in places like Bora Bora and Hong Kong. Conrad’s brand is founded on guest service that’s instinctive, discreet, and enhanced by innovation. These properties compete with brands such as Park Hyatt, Sofitel, and Loews Hotels.” Stay tuned.
