Cabo San Lucas bay will be the scene of the sixth edition of the “Mar y Christmas” 2024 Christmas Nautical Festival, which will take place on December 13 and 14.
Guillermo Rivelino Pérez, general director of this parade, said that around 25 boats are expected to participate, all decorated according to Christmas and lots of very colorful lights.
The event will kick off at the “Foca” aisle right next to “Breathless” hotel, from noon until 8:00 in the evening. On Saturday and Sunday you can grab your kayak, surfboards and paddle board from 8:00 to 10:00 A.M. on El Médano beach (in front of Billygan's restaurant) and enjoy all the “Christmas festival” activities planned for the day.
The sailing boats parade will begin at 6:00 P.M. in front of the Pueblo Bonito Rosé hotel.
This year, in collaboration with the authorities and nautical service providers, a special boat will be included under the framework of the “Stop Violence” campaign, which seeks to reduce gender violence.
Taking into consideration that Christmas is a sensitive and family time, we want to send a message to stop violence in families.
The events are free, open to the entire population and to visitors who wish to attend and appreciate the boats that will surely look spectacular. They will shine in the parade.
There will be exhibitors, crafts, Christmas items, sweets, food, drinks, all in a healthy family environment so that the little ones can also be part of these two days of celebration.
