The La Paz government has announced early-bird discounts for those looking to pay their 2025 Property Taxes in advance! By paying now, you’ll score a 25% discount for the upcoming tax year, while taxes from 2024 and earlier get a 20% cut. And it doesn’t stop there! If you’ve been hit with fines and interest, there’s a 50% discount available to help you settle up more affordably.
Plus, if your total tax bill is over 1,500 pesos (about $70), you can opt for an easy payment plan of 3, 6, or 9 months with no interest, as long as you pay with a credit card. Payments can be made at the State’s Finance building across from the Chedraui supermarket on Isabel la Catolica street, or at Plaza Sur and Plaza Galerias from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. They’re even setting up extra stations at the Agustin Olachea market and Jardines del Recuerdo cemetery for your convenience.
