It’s that time again! The world-famous Baja 1000, known as the most intense off-road race on the planet, is back in Ensenada this November. This year’s race spans a brutal 896-mile course, starting and finishing right in Ensenada. From November 12 to 17, racers on motorcycles, cars, and rugged pick-up trucks will tear through dusty trails, passing through Mexicali, San Felipe, and San Quintín in northern Baja. It’s going to be a wild ride!
And for those hoping to see the action head further south, there’s a plan in the works for a SCORE-sanctioned race around La Paz. If negotiations go well between the state government and SCORE International—where, as always, funding will play a big role—we might just see it happening in 2026.
For now, all eyes are on Ensenada. Whether you’re watching from the sidelines or tuning in from afar, get ready for another unforgettable Baja 1000!
