On Thursday, September 12, developer Eduardo Sanchez-Navarro hosted the pre-inauguration of the marina forefront of The Place at Cabo. This spot has been nicknamed “The Grey Ghost” since it sat abandoned for over 30 years. But now, it’s coming back to life! Before the month ends, this area will open to the public, featuring several commercial units showcasing top European brands.
Once it’s up and running, visitors can explore the front of both phase 1 and 2 by hopping on The Place at Cabo’s electric trolley. Phase 2 promises even more excitement, with plans for several high-end restaurants—some local favorites from La Paz and Cabo, along with other culinary gems from the mainland.
That’s not all! There will also be an interactive museum of the Baja, a Ferris wheel, a family entertainment area, and a boat offering tours between the Cabo and Puerto Los Cabos marinas. And don’t forget, the hotel remodeling kicks off soon!
