This past Tuesday, Baja California Sur got a surprise visit from some heavy rain, catching quite a few folks off guard despite the forecast announcing it three days in advance. It was one of those days when you could just smell the rain coming, but still, it managed to sneak up on us.
Just look at these guys who got caught in the action—despite the port of Cabo San Lucas being closed to navigation, they ended up beached at Medano Beach. Not exactly what you’d call a smooth sailing day! It’s always a good idea to keep an eye on those weather updates, especially when you’re in an area where the weather can change so quickly.
