Kerzner International Holdings Limited, a name synonymous with luxury hospitality, has set its sights on 2027 for a grand opening of SIRO Palmilla. Nestled near the illustrious One&Only Palmilla, this new addition plans to introduce 120 keys which include 14 stand-alone villas and a series of SIRO branded residences within the Palmilla Reserve.
Kerzner, a company transformed by the visionary South African businessman Solomon ‘Sol’ Kerzner until his passing in 2020, was initially known for acquiring the old Palmilla hotel from Don Koll. Today, it enjoys a strategic partnership with Istithmar World, part of the Dubai World conglomerate.
