It’s a theme that captures the essence of Mexico’s rich and colorful culture, bringing it to life along the bustling streets of the malecon. And speaking of the malecon, it’s going to be transformed into a massive party zone. From February 11 to 13, this popular stretch will be closed off to vehicle traffic, making way for a grand fiesta like no other.
