Using the wind’s kinetic energy, the new $32 million (USD) “Coromuel” park will produce 56 megawatts of clean energy for our Southern Baja state. It was built by the Japan-based Eurus Energy America Corp. and its installation began in mid-2020. It is located on Km. 69 on the road from La Paz to Ciudad Constitution. This and the new natural gas fueled electrical plant in La Paz will greatly reduce summer blackouts.
