The Viceroy luxurious and multi-awarded resort located in the hotel zone of San Jose del Cabo has been sold for the second time, this one to real estate investment and hospitality management Highgate. The Viceroy was designed and built by the awarded Mexican architect Miguel Angel Aragones, who sold it a few years back to the L.A. based, ultra-luxury Viceroy 10-hotel chain. The amount of the transaction will be disclosed at a later date.
