The total population of our Southern State has reached 789,447, of which 49 percent are women. We are young with half the population 29 years of age or younger. In Los Cabos, nearly 75,000 people live squatting, mostly in wood and tin shacks near dry arroyos and many will have to be evacuated when a hurricane is near.
