Oscar Leggs, Mayor of Los Cabos, has announced that a group of government officials and business organizations are working on changes along the Transpeninsular that goes from Cabo San Lucas to San Jose. The plan aims to reduce speeding and therefore the numerous car wrecks that have been happening lately.
