As usual, every January the City Hall announced discounts for those paying their property taxes early. In La Paz, discounts can be as good as 35 percent! You can now pay your 2022 property taxes – which have not increased – as early as October 25 and through March. Each month, the percentage discounted will decrease, so pay early, it’s your dream home! For delinquent homeowners, there will also be discounts in fines and interests.
